This was another easy one to bypass, I have had a Twitter as well for sometime now. I absolutely LOVE Twitter. Its so addicting and so glad I got past my thoughts of how dumb it looked, its a nice way to blow off some steam and my favorite part is the text updates. Whenever me and my friends are in the same room and someone tweets its funny to see the whole room love at their phones at the same time.
1. Which social journal did you choose? Why? I chose Twitter, for the simple fact that I have already had Twitter for awhile now.
2. What is unique about the online journaling experience? Its a nice way to put out a feeling you are having or a funny moment you witnessed and its easily accessable to your friends because of the text notifications and applications for phones.
3. Can you see this having some application to school work or professional development? Very much so, there are a lot of businesses that use it to help promote new promotions or just the company in general, bands use it to help promote shows and market new music. Its an easy way for fans to keep up with the latest news of their favorite people.
4. What are some ways that these tools could be used for evil, instead of good? It can most def help tear people down because you don't need to have a profile that explains much about you. I have already come across some of this.
